How long does it take to get our agency up and running on the platform?

You can go live in under 10 minutes. Onboarding is a simple 5-step process: you input your basic business details, verify your account, then add a vehicle, driver, and agent. That's it! No credit card, long form or complicated formalities.

What are 'Entities' in the system, and how do they relate to my physical business?

Entities are the digital mapping of your physical business. RyoGo mainly tracks 4 entities: Vehicles (Your cars/buses/vans/bikes with their registration numbers, model, documents and rates per Km), Drivers (with phone numbers, address, license details, and allowance per day), Agents (with phone number) and Bookings (with customer and trip details).

Do I need to know any techical knowledge to use RyoGo?

Not at all. RyoGo is designed for simplicity and speed. You just need to add vehicles, drivers and start creating bookings (with our guidance). We will handle the rest.

Can my agency use RyoGo without any computer?

Absolutely, you can use RyoGo on your smartphones with internet. You can either open RyoGo in your browser just like any other website or download the RyoGo web app on your phone.

Can I use RyoGo without any agent?

Yes, absolutely. Adding agents is optional. Owners can themselves do everything in RyoGo. But delegating tasks to other agents is recommended if you want to grow your business.

What all can a driver do in RyoGo?

Driver can view assigned bookings, call customer, update trip status in single clicks (like arrived at location, customer picked up, dropped, etc), add expenses, view past bookings, view assigned vehcile details, initiate chat with agent, etc. All actions are review by the system for fraud or malpractice.

What all can an agent do in RyoGo?

Agent can add vehicles, drivers and customers, create and manage bookings, share trip details with customer, assign driver/vehicle, add transactions and expenses.

How is a new booking created? Explain in detail.

New booking is created in 5 easy steps and it takes less than a minute with system guidance. First, the customer is selected or added using a phone number. Second, trip details (location, date, type, etc.) are selected. Third, driver and vehicle are assigned (optional). Fourth, trip costs (vehicle rate, driver allowance, agency commission, etc.) are input, if not already prefilled. Finally, overall trip summary can be reviewed to create the booking. Please note that, a bew booking is created as a lead and must be confirmed by the agent.
