Can owner re-assign bookings?

Yes, owner can re-assign a booking to any other agent or himself. A new booking is assigned to the user who created it by default but can be reassigned to someone else by the owner if needed. Similarly, a vehicle or driver assigned to a booking can also be changed untill the trip starts.

Do drivers need to download a heavy mobile app from the Play Store or App Store?

No. Drivers can use RyoGo with a lightweight Progressive Web App (PWA) that runs directly inside a smartphone browser. It works beautifully even on low-end devices and uses minimal mobile data. Infact, the agents and owner can also download this web app and login to their accounts from their smartphones.

Can drivers or agents see the revenue metrics or analytics?

No. Only the owner has access revenue and advanced analytics pages. Agents can see basic charts and insights required for everyday operations and booking management. Drivers have no access to the dashboard.

How do we get alerted about vehicle document, driver license expirations or insurance renewals, etc. without manually checking every day?

RyoGo dynamically checks for such expiration alerts in real-time and adds them to Mission Control. Critical alerts will also be highlighted on your dashboard.

When creating a new booking, do we get to know if a vehicle or driver is available or already assigned to another booking?

Yes, the system clearly flags that a driver or vehicle has a conflicting schedule for the days selected in a new booking. This is one of the biggest advantages of using RyoGo.

How will I know which all trips will start or complete soon?

All ongoing trips are displayed in the dashboard. Any upcoming, completed trips and even open leads are also listed on the bookings page. You can also view all the trips in a calendar view.

Is customer booking payment also handled by RyoGo?

No, RyoGo is not a booking platform or a middleman between customers and travel agencies. We are here to help travel agencies and fleet operators run their operations more efficiently by centralizing all information and provide insights. However, we do help you in sharing documents, invoices and updates with customers online.

Do I need to send trip sheet or any other information to driver on WhatsApp?

No, driver can just login from his account and view all the assigned trips along with their details.

How do customers receive booking confirmation or invoices for their trips?

On the booking details page, you can click 'Send Confirmation'. This will open WhatsApp chat with the customer directly with the document attached. You just need to press send in WhatsApp.

Customers keep asking where is the vehicle? How does RyoGo help?

Although there is no login for customers in RyoGo, you can send a tracking link to the customer on WhatsApp. Customers can then view live trip status on their phones.

What languages are supported?

RyoGo is available in English and Hindi. We will be adding more languages soon.

A driver has to go on leave or a vehicle will be in repair. How can I make sure they are not assigned during those dates?

RyoGo provides an option to add driver leave or vehicle repair dates. The system will flag them during booking assignment.

Customer made advance payment or paid some amount to the driver during the trip. Or the agency gave some cash to the driver before the trip started. How do I keep track of all these transactions?

In RyoGo, you can easily add all these money 'Transactions' for a booking and review them at the end of the trip. Final invoice will also be adjusted automatically.

Driver sometimes pay for trip out of their pocket like fuel, parking, toll etc. How do I keep track of them and adjust them in invoice?

Assigned agent or even the driver can simply add them as 'Expenses' to a booking. Final invoice will also be adjusted automatically.

Will my agency or customer data be shared with other businesses?

Absolutely not. All your data is kept secured and private in RyoGo. We will not share your data with any third party or other businesses. Now or in the future.
